1. No Account Required

Golf90 is designed as a standalone utility. We do not have a user account system. You do not need to register, provide your name, email, or any other personal identification information to use the App.

2. 100% Local Processing (No Cloud Uploads)

All AI swing analysis, dual video comparison, and auto-clipping features are processed entirely on your device (on-device processing). We do not upload, transmit, or store any of your videos, photos, or swing data on our servers or any third-party cloud services. Your media remains strictly on your personal device.

3. Camera and Photo Library Access

To provide core functionalities, the App requests specific device permissions:

• Camera Access: Required to record your golf swing in real-time for immediate pose estimation.
• Photo Library Access: Required to read videos from your system album for dual comparison and auto-clipping analysis, and to save processed clips back to your album.

This access is strictly limited to the local environment of your device.

4. Third-Party Sharing

Because we do not collect or transmit your personal data or media to external servers, we do not share, sell, or disclose any user data to third parties.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices or Apple's App Store Guidelines. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."
